Update Contact Details
Under the
Unit Titles Act, the Body Corporate is required to keep a register of
all owners. It is a given that over time some or all details of the owners
will change. To make it easy to update the Body Corporate of these changes,
use this web based form to inform the Body Corporate Management of those
changes.
If your apartment is being used as a rental, you are also asked to fill
out the contact details of the Landlord/Property Manager. This person
- being the recognised manager for the owner - will receive first calls
regarding tenancy management issues of the property.
In the event that the Building Manager needs to contact your tenants urgently,
please update
the tenants register from this link if you are the landlord.
