Resident Contact Details
From time
to time the body corporate requires to be able to communicate to all of
its residents, generally this will be in relation to periodic operational
building maintenance - specifically where planned maintenance involves
access to apartment or for more general matters
Another more
important reason for the Body Corporate to hold tenants contact information
would be for where emergency access to the apartment is required and the
landlord/property manager is not able to be contacted or available in
the first instance to provide this.
This form
is for updating the status of a residential tenancy for new people coming
in, existing people departing or the updating of existing information.
