we regularly walk the building to identify maintenance matters, we also
would like to empower you to identify and forward to us notification of
maintenance issues as soon they happen. It may be a new mark on the wall
that needs tending to, a new stain (or damaged) carpet that needs fixing
or simply noting the rubbish bin being overfilled. If you don't report
these issues to us, we cannot do anything about it.
do not forget if there is an issue is inside of the apartment, in the
first instance it probably is a matter that has to be resolved by the
apartment owner (or the property manager/landlord if the apartment is
rented.) If you need confirmation or help to get a tradesman, do contact
