Access Control Fob Audit
From time
to time it is required that the Body Corporate validates all issued Access
Controlled Fobs (Door Swipes) to ensure that they are held and regerstered
against each resident user's correct apartment.
Each person
holding an Access Controlled Fob is asked to use present it in turn at
a door reader, accurately recording the date & time that this happened
for each.
Once done,
this information needs to be forwarded to the Facilities Manager using
the following webform below.
Fobs that
are not validated by this method in a timely manner after a request has
been issued may be turned off; an admin charge will then apply for the
Fob to be reactivated.
