Report a Building Maintenance Issue

Administrate staff pride themselves as quality facilities managers and it is our aim to maintain your investment in a way that meets your expectations - within our agreed Body Corporate budget.

Although we regularly walk the building to identify maintenance matters, we also would like to empower you to identify and forward to us notification of maintenance issues as soon as they happen. It may be a new mark on the wall that needs tending to, a new stain (or damaged) carpet that needs fixing or simply noting the rubbish bin being overfilled. If you don't report these issues to us, we cannot do anything about it.

Lastly please do not forget if there is an issue inside of your apartment, in the first instance it probably is a matter that has to be resolved by the apartment owner (or the property manager/landlord if the apartment is rented.) If you need confirmation or help to get a tradesman, do contact us with your requirements.
